Marshall County Deputies were dispatched to Plymouth around 9:40 PM on Sunday, June 28th, 2026.
Speedway for an ongoing violent altercation between two men.
Marshall County deputies went to the scene and began an investigation. Jason Rodriguez, 21, and Miguel Rodriguez, 23, both from Indianapolis, were identified as the suspects.
Both were detained and taken to the Marshall County Jail.Jason was charged with Battery Against Public Safety Official, Resisting Law Enforcement, Public Intoxication, and Disorderly Conduct (Class B Misdemeanors).
Miguel was arrested and processed for public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
