A tractor-trailer driver was arrested northwest of Pittsburgh after allegedly calling 911 on himself and reporting being “high on cocaine and methamphetamine.”

The incident happened on April 29, according to a report released on June 13 by the Punxsutawney section of the Pennsylvania State Police.

Initially, a witness reported to authorities that a tractor-trailer on Pennsylvania Route 28 in Jefferson County was driving erratically at five miles per hour.

However, shortly after the initial complaint, the driver himself contacted them, claiming he was “high on cocaine and methamphetamine” and needed to be arrested, according to police.

The man was caught on Route 28 in Clover Township and arrested for possession and driving under the influence. Police identified him as a 50-year-old Gouldsboro resident but did not reveal his identity.
