A suspect is in custody following an alleged domestic violence incident.
Rebecca Miller, 27, was arrested on Tuesday and accused with both domestic violence and criminal sexual conduct.
Aiken County investigators went to a home on Saturday and spoke with a woman who had visible injuries, including bruising and bite marks.
According to the warrants, Miller choked the victim after striking her with a fence post.
Miller is now being incarcerated in the Aiken County Detention Center.
