Lawrenceburg Man Killed in Kentucky Crash; 3 Children, Other Driver Seriously Hurt

A Lawrenceburg, Indiana, man died Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Kentucky, while the other driver and three children suffered serious injuries.

According to Kentucky State Police, a Volvo crossed left of center and struck a Ford Ranger on US 421 in Trimble County around 9:46 a.m.

Troopers said the Ranger’s driver, 39-year-old David Logan of Lawrenceburg, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Trimble County coroner.

Trooper said the Volvo’s driver and three children in the car were flown to hospitals in Louisville for treatment of serious injuries.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
