LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A 15-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with a double shooting in Louisville’s Jacobs neighborhood.
Aaron Ellis, a spokesperson for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded around 3:40 p.m. on Nov. 25 to the 3700 block of Craig Avenue after reports of a shooting.
Police said a teenage girl, believed to be 17, suffered a graze wound. Another victim, a male whose age is unknown, was found in the 3600 block of Wheeler Avenue with a gunshot wound to the leg. Both victims were taken to UofL Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
According to police, the 15-year-old suspect was arrested Tuesday and charged with first-degree assault (complicity), second-degree assault (complicity), and first-degree wanton endangerment involving the discharge of a firearm.
