FULTON COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) – Kentucky State Police are searching for a missing man who was released from the Fulton County Detention Center on April 1.

State police say 29-year-old Alexander Penman, whose last known address is in Lexington, was released from the Fulton County Detention Center and reportedly got a ride to a Greyhound bus stop in Madisonville.

KSP said Penman was scheduled to board a bus in Madisonville and arrive in Louisville on April 2. He was supposed to report to the Dismas Charities St. Patrick’s Halfway House.

Penman is wanted on a warrant for absconding from parole.

Authorities say his family has not seen or heard from him since his release. Anyone with information is urged to contact Kentucky State Police Post 1.
