Severe hail was also reported from Texas to Illinois, while flash flooding occurred in parts of Michigan.

Parts of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio remained under a tornado watch Wednesday afternoon.

At least two people were killed in northwest Indiana after a tornado struck the small town of Lake Village. Rescue crews continued searching Wednesday for people who may be trapped in damaged homes.
