LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) — A two-car crash sent one vehicle into the front of a Rally’s restaurant at 22nd Street and Broadway early Wednesday morning.

Louisville Metro Police responded to a call of a vehicle striking a building around 6:30 a.m. on Jan. 14. The Rally’s sustained damage to its front exterior, and a nearby LG&E utility pole was also damaged.

Both vehicles were heavily damaged, and the car that hit the building was towed from the scene. Police said injuries were reported, but no details on their severity were immediately available.
