KENTUCKY — Two people died Wednesday morning following a head-on crash in northern Kentucky, according to Kentucky State Police.

The two-vehicle collision happened on Taft Highway in Dry Ridge, the Grant County Sheriff’s Office said in a social media post. As of 11:45 a.m., Taft Highway remained closed as authorities continued working at the scene.

State police reported that troopers were responding to investigate the crash, which occurred about three miles west of Grant County High School.
