LOUISVILLE, Ky. — All lanes of I-265 West are blocked following a crash near mile marker 12.7 at Smyrna Parkway, officials said Friday night.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet reported that the two-vehicle crash happened at about 9:58 p.m.
Both shoulders and all travel lanes remain blocked, and injuries have been reported.
Louisville Metro Police Department’s 7th Division, Okolona Fire and Rescue, and EMS crews are responding at the scene.
KYTC estimates the closure could last around an hour. Drivers are advised to avoid the area and take alternate routes.
