Operation Clocked Out: 29 Arrested in Major Drug Bust Across Kentucky and Indiana

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A months-long investigation into a drug trafficking network operating across Kentucky and southern Indiana has led to dozens of arrests.

In a news release Thursday, officials confirmed that 29 individuals were taken into custody on drug-related charges following an Indiana State Police investigation known as “Operation Clocked Out.”

The investigation began in February 2025 after authorities identified William “Flav” Taylor as a suspected major methamphetamine supplier in Jefferson County, Indiana.

Jefferson County Prosecutor David Sutter said detectives discovered that Taylor was obtaining meth and cocaine from sources in Louisville, Kentucky, and Cincinnati, Ohio.

On Feb. 4, 2026, Taylor was arrested on a felony warrant for dealing methamphetamine while driving from Louisville to Jefferson County, Indiana.

At the time of his arrest, officers found him in possession of cocaine, resulting in additional charges. He is currently being held in jail on a $500,000 bond.

Sutter said a woman identified as Nichole Williams, who was in the vehicle with Taylor, was also arrested on drug-related charges.

Investigators continued their work after Taylor’s arrest and determined that he had been supplying drugs to multiple individuals across the region.

“This operation reflects the culmination of extensive investigative work led by the Indiana State Police, strengthened through close coordination with multiple law enforcement agencies, whose combined efforts work to hold offenders accountable and enhance public safety,” Sutter said.
