Twenty-nine individuals have been arrested in connection with an alleged drug distribution operation in southern Indiana.
Authorities made the arrests following a months-long investigation, dubbed “Operation Clocked Out,” led by Indiana State Police into a network distributing methamphetamine, cocaine, hydrocodone, and alprazolam pills.
Jefferson County, Indiana, Prosecutor David Sutter said the investigation began in February 2025 after officials received information identifying William “Flav” Taylor as “a major supplier” of methamphetamine in the county.
Investigators determined that Taylor sourced meth and cocaine from Louisville and Cincinnati, Ohio. Officers arrested him on Feb. 4 this year on a warrant for dealing methamphetamine while he was returning to Jefferson County from Louisville.
Authorities said Taylor had cocaine in his possession at the time of his arrest, leading to additional charges, with more expected. He remains in custody on a $500,000 cash bond. During the arrest, officers also took a female passenger, Nichole Williams, into custody on cocaine-related charges.
As the investigation continued, police identified individuals who had been receiving drugs from Taylor, and all were arrested Wednesday.
