An Oklahoma man is facing federal charges after allegedly making online threats to kill several high-profile public officials, including President Donald Trump, FBI Director Kash Patel, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and former presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Joe Biden, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.

Prosecutors say Jacob Hudson of Muskogee posted multiple threats on social media, warning that officials were “finna lose their heads” and would be “publicly executed,” repeatedly referencing the so-called “Epstein files” in his messages.

“They are all finna lose their heads,” Hudson allegedly wrote in one post. “I promise.”

Federal investigators say Hudson targeted officials through Facebook and Instagram posts, accusing them of harming children and demanding the release of documents connected to disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein. In one post directed at Patel and his wife, Hudson allegedly wrote that they would be “publicly executed for hurting kids.” In another, he reportedly tagged Trump, Patel and Bondi while issuing violent threats.

According to court documents, Hudson also threatened former presidents Bush, Obama and Biden, allegedly writing that they would all face public execution.

Investigators learned from Hudson’s brother that he has strong political beliefs and a history of conflicts with family members. Court records show Hudson was arrested in Muskogee in September 2025 after allegedly attempting to break into a neighbor’s home while shouting death threats, including threats against President Trump.

An order seeking Hudson’s detention states that he was “screaming about wanting to kill President Trump” during that incident. Prosecutors also allege Hudson referred to himself as “Batman” while being taken into custody and later admitted to making the threatening posts, claiming his motivation was protecting children.

Hudson has been charged with making threats to intimidate or retaliate against federal officials and with interstate communications containing threats to injure others. He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.
