CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WOWK) — Police are investigating after a man was shot outside the Little Caesars Pizza in the Patrick Street Plaza area of Charleston on Thursday night.
According to authorities, the shooting occurred around 8:15 p.m. Witnesses told 13 News it appeared to be a drive-by shooting outside the restaurant.
One person was taken to a nearby hospital, though their condition remains unknown.
