11 men taken into custody in Hamilton County undercover operation

Eleven men who reportedly drove to the Westfield area to meet with young girls for sexual activities are now facing felony charges as a result of an undercover operation by the Hamilton County Metro Internet Crimes Against Children task force in Fishers.

According to a Fishers Police Department news release, the arrests occurred between September 22 and 24, when each man arrived at a location to meet with the young girls, only to be met by undercover police investigators.

“With digital evidence as well as admissions by the suspects, it was unmistakable that these men were at the location with the intent to sexually abuse children,” the news release said. “The results of this operation solidify the need to be ever vigilant in the protection of our most vulnerable population.”

The men listed below were arrested and charged with child solicitation, a level 4 crime. Some face additional fees:

Simon Cinzah, 31, of Indianapolis, who also was charged with attempted sexual misconduct with a minor, a Level 4 felony
Ricardo Flores, 43, of Indianapolis, who also was charged with attempted sexual misconduct with a minor, a Level 4 felony; and attempted dissemination of matter harmful to a minor, a Level 6 felony
Lucky Udoudo, 30, of Carmel, who also was charged with attempted sexual misconduct with a minor, Level 4 felony
Jermas McNeal Jr., 36, of Indianapolis, who also was charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest
El Hadji Babacar Ndiaye, 26, of Indianapolis
Sean Conway, 28, of Westfield
David Josue Gomez-Posada, 21, of Texas
Homero Madrigal Arevalo, 41, of Logansport
Darian Foster, 25, of Indianapolis
Arvind Kumar Kaul, 49, of Carmel
Michael Podniestrzanski, 38, of Indianapolis

All suspects were transported to the Hamilton County Jail. According to FPD, the investigation is still ongoing, and the Hamilton County Prosecutors Office may bring more charges.

The ICAC task force is based in the Fishers Police Department and consists of detectives from Carmel, Fishers, Greenfield, Westfield, Noblesville, Anderson, Hamilton County Sheriff, Madison County Sheriff, and the Department of Homeland Security. The task force focuses on cyber crimes against minors and looks into child exploitation cases in Hamilton, Hancock, Madison, and Tipton counties.
