2 Deale Men Charged After Near Head-On DUI Incident With Deputy In Chesapeake Beach

Two Deale men are facing charges after a disturbance at a North Beach convenience store led to a DUI investigation involving a Calvert County deputy on April 26, 2026.

According to court records, Jacob Fuller Wilson, 27, and Jordan Law Wilson, 25, both of Deale, face charges related to the incident.

Around 9:15 p.m., deputies arrived at the Fastop on Chesapeake Avenue in North Beach for reports of a dispute involving numerous people in the parking lot. When authorities arrived, the situation had calmed down, but the people involved were clearly intoxicated.

According to accounts, Jordan Wilson got disruptive throughout the interaction, hurling profanities and causing a commotion in front of customers and employees, attracting the attention of passersby and disturbing company activities.

Authorities reportedly discovered several knives inside a vehicle affiliated with the group, including a huge steak knife and a pocket knife, although no weapons were alleged to have been used.

Deputies spotted a vehicle matching the group’s description in Chesapeake Beach shortly after evacuating the scene. The vehicle crossed the center line and nearly collided with a deputy’s vehicle, resulting in a traffic stop.

During the subsequent investigation, Jacob Wilson demonstrated symptoms of impairment, such as slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, and a strong alcohol odor. The report states that field sobriety tests revealed various symptoms of impairment. Empty alcohol containers were also found inside the vehicle.

Jacob Wilson was arrested and charged with DUI, impaired driving, dangerous driving, negligent driving, and failure to drive right of center. He also faces an extra charge of malicious destruction of property under $1,000 for allegedly causing damage inside the prison facility.

Jordan Wilson was also detained and charged with disorderly conduct and inebriated public disturbance.

Jacob Wilson was released on his recognizance after a bond review on April 27, 2026. Jordan Wilson was also freed on recognizance that day.

Calvert District Court has scheduled hearings for Jordan Wilson on May 27, 2026, and Jacob Wilson on June 10, 2026.
