One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Indy’s northeast side late Saturday afternoon.
Around 4:21 p.m., the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department received a complaint of a personal injury crash involving two vehicles in the 6400 block of East 46th Street.
Officers came, and both drivers remained on the scene; one was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, where they were subsequently confirmed dead.
Investigators found no signs of driving impairment. The IMPD fatal crash investigation team has been dispatched to the scene to investigate the circumstances leading up to the collision.
