One person is dead and another is in the hospital after a reported car crash on the far east side of Indianapolis.
Just before 12:30 p.m. Monday, police and EMS were dispatched to the intersection of N. Cumberland Road and Grenadier Lane in response to a major crash incident.
Upon arrival, they discovered two injured drivers. One driver was reportedly pronounced dead on the scene, while the other was transported to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
No other information was immediately provided.
