According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Mary Dickhaut of Shirley has won the first $1 million prize in the “100X” $10 quick ticket game.
She chose the cash option for her award, receiving a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes). Dickhaut intends to have some fun with the winnings.
She bought her winning ticket at M&M Convenience, 1 Front St., Shirley. The retailer will receive a $10,000 incentive for selling this ticket.
There are eight unclaimed $1 million grand prizes left in the “100X” instant game.
