A winning $4 million lottery ticket was purchased at a tobacco shop in Massachusetts and claimed on Monday.
The $4 million prize came from “$4,000,000 Cash King Doubler,” a $10 scratch-ticket game that debuted in April 2025. As of June 9, the game still had two $4 million top prizes to be claimed, as well as three $1 million rewards.
The winning ticket was sold at Moda Tobacco in Watertown.
On Monday, someone also claimed a winning $100,000 ticket in the “$15,000,000 Colossal Millions” game. The tickets were sold at Ashby’s Low Low Convenience Store.
Overall, at least 676 prizes totaling $600 or more were won or claimed in Massachusetts on Monday, with 20 in Springfield, 33 in Worcester, and 66 in Boston.
Every day, the Massachusetts State Lottery distributes a complete list of winning tickets. The list only includes rewards totaling more than $600.
The greatest lottery prize claimed in Massachusetts this year was $25 million. It was a “$25,000,000 Mega Money” ticket purchased at a Cumberland Farms gas station in Turners Falls, Montague’s largest of five communities.
