A two-vehicle crash left two men dead and another man critically injured early Tuesday morning near the airport area.
Memphis Police reported responding to a collision near Winchester Road and Swinnea Road shortly after 2:30 a.m. officers arrived at the scene, two men were pronounced dead. Another man was hurt in the incident and had to be transported to a nearby hospital.
He is currently listed in critical condition.
The accident closed all eastbound and westbound lanes of traffic on Winchester Road, as well as the northbound lane of Swinnea Road.
At this moment, no further information has been published concerning the victims’ names or what caused the deadly accident.
