The body of a 22-year-old man reported missing on the Salt River over the Memorial Day weekend has been recovered by public safety officials.
According to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, Sahr Sewah was reported missing on the river on May 23 at around 3 p.m., and his body was found the next day.
The medical examiner’s office determined that Sewah died as a result of “accidental drowning.”
