Story Highlights
Twenty-nine people were arrested in southern Indiana following a months-long Indiana State Police investigation dubbed “Operation Clocked Out,” targeting methamphetamine, cocaine, and prescription drug distribution.
Authorities say William “Flav” Taylor was a major supplier, bringing drugs from Louisville and Cincinnati into Jefferson County, Indiana; he was arrested with cocaine and is being held on a $500,000 cash bond.
The investigation involved multiple agencies across Indiana and Kentucky and uncovered a wide network facing charges such as drug conspiracy and corrupt business influence.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Authorities arrested 29 people connected to an alleged drug distribution network operating in southern Indiana.
The arrests followed a months-long investigation called “Operation Clocked Out,” led by Indiana State Police, targeting the distribution of methamphetamine, cocaine, hydrocodone, and alprazolam pills.
Jefferson County, Indiana, Prosecutor David Sutter said the investigation began in February 2025 after authorities identified William “Flav” Taylor as a major methamphetamine supplier in the area.
Investigators determined that Taylor sourced meth and cocaine from Louisville, Kentucky, and Cincinnati, Ohio. He was arrested on Feb. 4 while returning to Jefferson County from Louisville on a warrant for dealing methamphetamine.
At the time of his arrest, authorities said Taylor was in possession of cocaine, leading to additional charges, with more expected. He is currently being held on a $500,000 cash bond. A female passenger, Nichole Williams, was also arrested on cocaine-related charges.
As the investigation continued, detectives identified individuals allegedly supplied by Taylor, leading to the arrests carried out Wednesday.
