Four Louisville restaurants inspected between March 23–29 received a “C” rating due to critical violations.

In Jefferson County, restaurants are graded out of 100 points. A score of 85 or higher with no critical violations earns an “A,” while a score of 84 or below—or any critical violation—results in a “C.”

According to Louisville Metro Public Health and Wellness, a “B” rating is issued for ongoing compliance issues, such as repeated failed inspections or closures due to health hazards.

Restaurants that receive a “C” will be reinspected within seven to 10 days.
