A Louisville man was indicted Thursday in connection with a homicide that occurred in September, according to Louisville Metro Police.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) — A Jefferson County Grand Jury indicted 33-year-old Victor Presley Jr. on multiple charges, including murder.

Police took Presley into custody on December 18, 2025, in connection with a homicide that happened on September 14, 2025, in the Phoenix Hill neighborhood.

In addition to the murder charge, Presley is also charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun, receiving stolen property, and being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.

Presley’s bail has been set at $75,000.

His arraignment is scheduled for January 5, 2026.
