Authorities found the body of an executed man abandoned in the Ciudad Juarez neighborhood of Nuevo Hipodromo.
The grim discovery was uncovered in a vacant area on the corner of Ojinaga and Camargo streets.
According to responding officers, the victim was wearing pajamas and had a rope tied around his hands and neck.
Investigators also claimed that the body bore apparent evidence of violence and suspected torture.
