KENTUCKY — Three men from Taylor County have been charged in connection with a burglary at a Campbellsville business.
According to the Campbellsville Police Department, officers responded Sunday to a reported break-in at Jeffries Feed and Seed on Carnation Street.
Investigators determined that someone forced entry into the business and stole an unspecified number of firearms.
Police arrested 50-year-old Bryan Patton of Campbellsville and charged him with first-degree burglary.
Officers also arrested 46-year-old Charles Jernigan and 34-year-old Carl N. Jacob, both of Campbellsville. Authorities charged Jernigan and Jacob each with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and receiving stolen property (firearm).
Officials lodged all three suspects in the Taylor County Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing.
