KENTUCKY — Police arrested 36-year-old Scottsville resident Phillip L. Windham on February 16 after officers with the Scottsville Police Department served three outstanding warrants.
During the investigation, officers say Windham threw away suspected narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
After taking him into custody, police searched his vehicle and said they found 1.2 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 5.3 grams of marijuana and additional drug paraphernalia.
Windham faces charges of possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Authorities lodged him in the Allen County Jail.
