A 56-year-old Vigo County man died after police say he was involved in a “domestic incident” with his son.
According to a news release from the Vigo County Sheriff’s Office, on September 5, deputies were dispatched to a Vigo County house for a domestic dispute between Kevin Clark, 56, and his son Levi Clark, 29.
Deputies discovered the older Clark unresponsive inside the home.Personnel on the scene quickly commenced CPR. According to the sheriff’s office’s news release, Kevin Clark was quickly transferred to the hospital by EMS personnel. “The son (Levi Clark, 29 years of age) who was allegedly involved in the incident had left the scene prior to deputies arrival.”
Kevin Clark died in the hospital.
Levi Clark was later apprehended during a traffic check and transferred to the hospital before being taken into custody. Levi Clark has been charged with domestic abuse with bodily injury, domestic violence with a deadly weapon, and obstructing the reporting of a crime.
