Police discovered a missing Vermont man dead in Deerfield after a more than week-long search.
Zachery Stolpp, 27, from Brattleboro, was reported missing on Monday, July 20. He had reportedly made alarming utterances, including mentions of self-harm.
Stolpp was last seen in Brattleboro on Sunday, July 19, and his phone was last pinged on Monday around Elm and Main Streets in South Deerfield.
Authorities in Massachusetts and Vermont looked for Stolpp for more than a week. He was discovered deceased Wednesday in Deerfield.
Authorities claim there is no evidence of foul play, but the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will decide the official cause of death.
