The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department apprehended four juvenile males in connection with an attempted robbery and gunshot on the city’s south side.
The arrests are the result of a shooting on April 25 in the Pagoda Drive area, near Garfield Park. Officers from the Indianapolis Police Department arrived to the scene and discovered a victim who had been shot.
According to authorities, the person who was shot was really a suspect in the attempted heist. Police said the shooter acted in self-defense.
According to police reports, the four accused are two 16- and two 17-year-olds.
No other information about the incident has been published at this time. The investigation is underway.
