A Louisville man was arrested after alleging that his dog performed sexual acts on him.
According to police paperwork, Christopher Gallagher, 39, was arrested on Friday, June 5, after being charged with committing sexual acts with his dog and tampering with video evidence.
A witness informed Louisville Metro Police that they were unable to reach Gallagher on the phone, so they checked home cameras. The video apparently showed Gallagher having oral sex with his dog.
According to documents, the witness then took screenshots of the video and questioned Gallagher, who became upset and deleted the camera recording.
Gallagher appeared for his arraignment on Saturday, June 6, and posted $10,000. He is set to appear in court on Monday, June 15.
