Four men have been apprehended following the fatal shooting of a man outside a West Memphis gas station early Sunday morning.
West Memphis police have charged Aschton Hazley, 22, Aiyden Stallings, 20, Jaquinta McKinney Jr., 18, and Terry Sanders III, 21. Dermarius Smith, 22, was shot shortly after 1 a.m. May 31, near the BP gas station on Ingram Boulevard.
Smith died at the scene.
All four are charged with first-degree murder, committing a terroristic act, and aggravated assault.
