A man is charged with assault after wounding another man in Northeast Portland.
John A. Knight, 36, faces second-degree assault charges following an incident on April 20 near 2800 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.
The specifics of the assault are unknown, but officials say the victim suffered injuries to their shoulder, knee, and hand.
Knight is being incarcerated in the Multnomah County Detention Center.
