According to a news release, this occurred around the bar’s closing time, when a huge crowd was present.
Several people challenged authorities during the arrest and allegedly refused to back away when told to. According to police reports, policemen used pepper spray on the crowd.Due to the developing disturbance and continuous noncompliance, police used oleoresin capsicum spray to disperse the gathering and protect scene safety,” the Lancaster City Bureau of Police stated in a news release on Monday.
Nunn was charged with driving an off-road vehicle on a highway within an urban municipality, escaping arrest on foot, possessing marijuana, disorderly conduct, possessing drug paraphernalia, and driving while his license was suspended or revoked, according to police.
Police stated he also had an outstanding bench warrant from the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office and an ongoing assault warrant from the East Lampeter Township Police Department.
