The Baltimore County Police Department reported on Friday that an arrest had been made in the continuing “Peeping Tom” investigation in Towson.
On April 20, county police received reports of men peeking through windows and perhaps recording residences in the Towson area.
Officials warned residents near the Donnybrook Apartments to remain careful in light of the incidents.
Police began cooperating with Towson University and neighborhood organizations to find and apprehend suspected offenders.
Less than a month later, on May 8, at 4:00 a.m., Baltimore County detectives arrested 55-year-old Andrade Robinson in connection with the case.
Robinson was located near a home in the Rodgers Forge neighborhood.
He is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond.
This investigation is ongoing.
