LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Police have arrested a third suspect in connection with a September 2025 shooting that left one person injured in Louisville’s Taylor Berry neighborhood.
Louisville Metro Police said officers took 20-year-old Ker’ron Williams into custody for his alleged role in the Sept. 30, 2025 shooting near the intersection of Utah Avenue and Thornberry Avenue, off Taylor Boulevard near Churchill Downs.
Williams faces charges of first-degree assault and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
This marks the third arrest tied to the case.
In March, police charged 20-year-old Noraion Moore with assault, receiving stolen property and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. He was already in custody on an unrelated case at the time.
Later that month, authorities also charged 19-year-old Chance Guthrie, who they say fired multiple shots at the victim, hitting them in the foot. Guthrie was also already in custody and faces additional charges, including murder, related to a separate deadly shooting outside a Shively nightclub earlier this year.
Williams pleaded not guilty and is being held on a $25,000 cash bond. A preliminary hearing is set for April 27.
