KENTUCKY — Kentucky State Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted on drug-related charges.
Authorities are searching for 59-year-old Robert Jaggers, who is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 128 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
Troopers said Jaggers is wanted on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. His last known location was Bowling Green, and investigators say he is known to have connections in the Glasgow area.
