LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Jeffersonville police are investigating a shooting that happened Saturday night following a disturbance.
According to a social media post from the Jeffersonville Police Department, officers were called to the 1400 block of Gateway Plaza just before 7:30 p.m.
Witnesses told police that a fight escalated into a shooting, and everyone involved left the scene before officers arrived.
Police said one person is being treated for a gunshot wound. The extent of the injuries has not been released.
