LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) — A man was arrested after police say he shot and killed a person in Radcliff over the weekend.
Court records show 25-year-old Tyler Davis is charged with one count of murder.
According to an arrest citation, Davis and the victim argued on Dec. 27. During the dispute, Davis allegedly pulled out a gun. As the argument continued, the victim retreated into a bedroom inside a mobile home. Police say Davis then fired through the bedroom door, killing the person inside.
A judge set Davis’ bond at $500,000 on Monday, Dec. 29.
Davis is scheduled to return to court on Jan. 9.
