A north suburban dealership employee is dead after a car fell on him on Thursday night, police said.
Around 9:15 p.m., Skokie police officers and firefighters arrived at Midwest Autohaus at 5050 Dempster Street. The initial responders discovered an unresponsive 33-year-old male. He was pronounced dead at the site, and his identity was not immediately disclosed.
Authorities are waiting for results from the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office as they examine the man’s death.
Police say there is no evidence of foul play. Authorities did not immediately give any details.
