Emergency crews responded Monday afternoon to a motorbike crash in an area of inaccessible terrain in Charlotte Hall.
The crash occurred shortly after 12:10 p.m. on September 7, 2026, in the 11100 block of Kingston Place.
According to initial reports, a 55-year-old man passed out after crashing his motorcycle. He eventually regained consciousness and was able to move all of his limbs. An off-duty EMT was reportedly on the scene.
Crews first requested a utility terrain vehicle to reach the patient, but eventually decided it was unnecessary. Responders then reported a second patient.
Maryland State Police Trooper 7 was sought but later canceled. At least one patient was carried by ground to the University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center with injuries classified as Priority 2, signifying significant but not immediately life-threatening conditions.
Additional information regarding the second patient and the circumstances surrounding the crash were not immediately available.
