A scratch-off ticket won a Pennsylvania player the $1.5 million jackpot.
The ticket, a $30 “$1,500.00 Super Star” scratch-off, was sold at Par Mar Stores on North Broadway Street in Scottdale Borough, Westmoreland County.
The game has top prizes of $1.5 million.
