The USGS reported a magnitude 5.0 earthquake northwest of Miami, Texas.
No reports of damage have surfaced at this time.
The quake struck approximately 23 miles south-southeast of Spearman, Texas, at a depth of about 3.5 miles. USGS reported no aftershocks so far, though officials say aftershocks remain possible following the initial quake.
