Two $50,000 Powerball tickets to expire soon in South Carolina

Two Powerball tickets worth $50,000 each were sold in Rock Hill and Charleston and will expire soon if not claimed. The deadline for claiming these winning tickets is Saturday.

These tickets were purchased for the December 22nd, 2025 drawing. Each ticket correctly matched four of the first five numbers, as well as the Powerball number. If the awards are not claimed, the $100,000 in winnings will be sent to the Education Lottery Account to assist educational programs throughout South Carolina.

The Rock Hill ticket was sold at Circle K Stores #8401, located at 1839 Celanese Road. This ticket won the regular Powerball drawing, which included the numbers 3, 18, 36, 41, 54, and Powerball 7.

The Charleston ticket was purchased at the Harris Teeter #454 Fuel Kiosk on 1985 Folly Road. This winning ticket was part of the Double Play drawing, which included the numbers 14, 32, 47, 48, 69, and Powerball 17.

Players have 180 days from the date of the draw to claim their rewards. Individuals must visit the Columbia Claims Center by 4 p.m. on Friday to claim their rewards in person. Winning tickets can also be mailed; however, the envelope must be postmarked by Saturday to be valid.

The last day to claim Powerball tickets is Saturday. In-person claims must be submitted by 4 p.m. on Friday.
