A Toledo man has been apprehended in connection with the Monday afternoon shooting.
According to court documents, Isaiah Davidson, 24, was arrested Monday afternoon and charged with felonious assault in which the victim was gravely injured.
According to Toledo police, witnesses claimed that Davidson was involved in a physical argument with another person that included pushing, shoving, and grasping. As Davidson attempted to walk away, authorities claim the other individual grabbed him, prompting Davidson to shoot the individual in the abdomen once.
The victim’s condition is yet unknown.
Davidson has an initial court appearance scheduled for Tuesday.
