MICHIGAN — The Drug Enforcement Administration’s Detroit Field Division released its 2025 seizure statistics, highlighting efforts to disrupt drug trafficking organizations and protect communities across Michigan, Ohio, and northern Kentucky.
According to the DEA Detroit Field Division, agents seized large amounts of illegal drugs throughout 2025, including 147 kilograms of fentanyl, 432 kilograms of counterfeit pills, 1,658 kilograms of cocaine, and 1,054 kilograms of methamphetamine.
Authorities also reported confiscating 324 firearms and more than $17 million in cash and assets. A total of 950 arrests were made as part of these enforcement efforts.

The operation supports the Fentanyl Free America campaign, which focuses on enforcement and public education to address the dangers of fentanyl and counterfeit pills.
