LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Police have arrested a Louisville-area man accused of committing multiple armed robberies.

Jeffersontown Police took 24-year-old Chad Harlamert into custody on Thursday. He faces charges of robbery and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

Authorities say Harlamert first robbed a Walgreens pharmacy on Tuesday, brandishing a gun at the counter and demanding two bottles of Xanax, which the pharmacist provided. Harlamert then fled in a white Ford EcoSport.

A couple of days later, Harlamert allegedly robbed Miso’s Game Room and Collectibles on Citadel Way.

During a search of his home, police recovered:

  • Clothing worn during the Walgreens robbery

  • The two bottles of Xanax

  • A Ruger .22 caliber revolver

  • Five collectible figurines from Miso’s

  • The vehicle used in the Walgreens robbery

Harlamert remains in police custody as investigations continue.
