$2M lottery ticket sold in Pennsylvania

A lucky lottery player in Pennsylvania won $2,000,000 with a Powerball ticket.

A Pennsylvania Lottery retailer in Bradford County sold a winning Powerball® with Power Play® ticket worth $2 million for the drawing on Wednesday, October 21.

The ticket matched five of the five white balls drawn, 1-21-44-50-57, and won $2 million. Without the $1 Power Play® option, the ticket would have cost $1 million. The Power Play® multiplier drawn was 2.

Dandy Mini Mart in Wyalusing Boro will be awarded a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Winners are not revealed until the rewards are claimed and the tickets are validated. Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball® winners have one year from the drawing date to redeem their rewards.

Winning tickets acquired from a Lottery shop should be signed immediately on the back. Online winnings are automatically credited to a player’s account once the claim has been processed. Players can learn more about filing a claim at palottery.com.
