Two injured in Greenbriar accident

At approximately 15:24 PM on February 13th, 2025, the City of Manchester Fire Department was notified by Clay County E-911 to respond for a motor vehicle accident with injury. 

Upon arrival, fire department personnel extricated both the passenger and the operator of the vehicle. Personnel remained on scene for some time and provided traffic control while Allens Towing & recovery retrieved the vehicle.
